To heal, to help, to lead others is a desire of many spiritual people. But how do we "actually" help? In this introductory video, I talk about slowing down and getting out of the mentality of urgency when we approach helping. We want to be able to have the clarity we need to see what will make a difference and assist someone else. We need to have an understanding of how change and transformation occur in one's reality to be able to choose our actions, words and way of being in relationship to the person or people we want to help.
