Sometimes when we least suspect it, our partners, children, and other people we have a close relationship with (and Identity connections!) get triggered. Instead of staying calm and grounded we get triggered as well. On top of the bad feelings, there are "issues" that are being brought up, accusations are being made, and "tolerated" problems in the relationships surface. This is an opportunity to examine our attachment to false beliefs about who we are and become the catalyst for change. You can use the trigger to ask yourself questions (minute 6) to expose your Identity, let it go, and become a grounded loving presence in your dynamic.
